Taiji
Quan is an ancient martial art form designed to promote
health and longevity. Qigong is a practice that involves
awareness of breath in conjunction with various body
postures and motions. When combined, the two practices
yield powerful shifts in the body and mind.
Daniel Espiritu has been an avid student of Taiji and
Qigong for the past ten years. His genuine and accessible
teaching style is a rare combination of the philosophical
and practical tenets of practice. Students describe
practice with Daniel as insightful, centering, and
authentic.
