Chi
Nei Tsang
Chi Nei Tsang is holistic, healing-touch modality that uses
hand techniques, breathwork, vocalization, and abdominal
massage to stimulate and train the organs to work
efficiently. It frees blockages from the abdomen and
increases the flow of energy through the entire body.

ART
(Active Release Technique)
ART is a soft tissue
manipulation technique developed by a chiropractor to
restore a muscle's full range of motion. It works to
restore mobility, untangle the muscle and bring back fluid
motion. ART provides instant relief from strains/sprains in
muscles and joints.

Thai
Massage
Simply put, Thai Massage is like having somebody do yoga TO
you. The patient rests on a thin mat on the floor, while
the practitioner is in motion working on all parts of the
body. Thai Massage enhances flexibility and range of motion
while offering deep relaxation and stress reduction.

Tui
Na
Tui Na is traditional Chinese bodywork geared towards
specific injuries and syndromes. Through various hand
techniques (rolling, scrubbing, pressing, kneading) and
stretches, the practitioner works with the body to
eliminate qi and blood stagnation. Additionally, Tui Na is
often used in conjunction with acupuncture and makes use of
certain Chinese herbs and ointments to help heal the body,
increase blood and qi circulation and stop pain.

Sotai
Sotai is a Japanese form of bodywork based on body
alignment and energetic balance. Hand techniques are
combined with breathwork and "comfortable positioning with
gentle movements." Sotai actively invites the body to
restore natural alignment while relieving stress and
tension.
